Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega has a solid group of lawyers specialized in arbitration, with extensive experience in international and national arbitration.

Among the members of the arbitration team, we have lawyers with arbitration study degrees (LLMs) from European and North American Universities, lawyers who have worked in the International Arbitration Departments of law firms in the United States and Europe, and lawyers who have acted as arbitrators and experts in Panamanian law in international arbitration proceedings.

Our team has extensive experience in commercial arbitrations, under the arbitration rules of ICC, UNCITRAL, CeCAP, CESCON, AAA, among others. Moreover, our team has participated in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations.

Our team has experience in arbitrations related to the construction, energy, corporate governance, patrimonial structures (corporations and private interest foundations), public services, state contracts, insurance, shipping & transportation sectors.
