As a member of the M&A, and Banking and Capital Markets practice groups, Ms. Quijano has advised numerous cross-border acquisitions, including the sale and acquisition of two general license banks, a major telecom provider and one of the largest supermarket chains.
Ms. Quijano’s Banking and Capital Markets practice stands out for her transactional skills advising creditors and borrowers, including private and public corporate clients, and financial institutions, as well as multilateral lenders in negotiating, documenting, and executing a wide range of cross-border secured and unsecured financing transactions ranging from private loan structures to public debt offerings.
Her M&A practice focuses on local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing, and banking and finance transactions. She also advises clients on various aspects of complex merger structures, including public tender offers. Her work underscores her versatility and proficiency in navigating diverse deal structures and regulatory compliance.
