Prior to joining the firm, Andrea worked in private practice advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and finance, and cross-border transactions. She also served as Corporate Legal Counsel at one of Panama’s largest insurance and financial groups, advising on corporate, regulatory, and cross-border matters throughout the region.
