Before joining the firm, Mr. Guerra also served as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of Panama, where he drafted judgments and legal opinions in administrative and constitutional review cases involving public contracts, tax matters, State liability claims, and constitutional rights. He also prepared case briefs for Supreme Court plenary sessions and assisted in reviewing and standardizing judgments prior to publication.
