In pursue of a better understanding of Panamanian procedural law and the many complex legal issues involved, the Colombian-Panamanian Institute of Procedural Law organized in 2009 the 6th Panamanian Congress of Procedural Law. ARIFA Senior Associate Fernando Aued contributed the event’s magazine with the article: “El uso de Internet como herramienta en los procesos” (Using the Internet as a tool in proceedings).
