The Superintendency of Banks of Panama (SBP), recently adopted an agreement obliging all general or international licensed banks in Panama to submit to reviews by credit rating agencies.

ARIFA's International Associate Rodrigo Cardoze, contributes to the International Law Office Banking Newsletter (ILO) with a report on these regulations regarding mandatory credit rating reviews for banks.
