Written by Senior Partner, Fernando Cardoze F., this booklet foretold in 1991 what was to become the future of the Panama Canal. The topics presented in this text considered issues such as the correct structuring of the Canal’s administrative entity, looking forward to its transition from the U.S. Government to the Panamanian Government.  In this regard, he gave advice on the administrative scheme implemented several years after, and considered the benefits of the widening project, which is now being developed.
