In-Depth Environment and Climate Change Law, Panama Chapter, Lexology (2019-2026)

The 10th edition of the Lexology In-Depth Environment and Climate Change Law (formerly The Environment and Climate Change Law Review) provides a global overview of environmental protection laws and regulations, as well as legislative and policy initiatives to combat climate change. It analyses the essential features of the legal and enforcement frameworks in major jurisdictions worldwide, while also examining the most consequential recent developments and offering an outlook for future changes.

The authors to the yearly publication are leading lawyers who give an expert review of the major cases, deals, legislations, and policy developments over the past 12 months.  As member of a pre-eminent firm in this field and jurisdiction, ARIFA associate Ana Melissa Torres joined the expert panel of authors of the Lexology In-Depth Environment and Climate Change Law, providing a learned overview of the latest activity in Panama.
