Securing and defending the prior rights of Christian Louboutin over his red sole design
Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega represents Christian Louboutin in securing the exclusive rights over his trademark portfolio and industrial design at the Panama Industrial Property Office. Also, the firm filed four (4) opposition suits on behalf of Mr Christian Louboutin, against red soles designs applications, which were filed on behalf of the Panamanian corporation INCADESA, S.A.
Kindly note that said applications were withdrawn, once the Panamanian corporation was notified of the aforesaid opposition suits.
