• The prior use, registration and notoriety of the service mark umbrella device for insurance.
• The registration of the trademark Solco. Sollberger & Company y Diseño” (& umbrella device), will induce the public consumer to errors, mistakes or deception as to the quality, nature and origin of the services.
• The similarity of the concept of protection, under the umbrella of “Solco. Sollberger & Company y Diseño” (& umbrella device), to the umbrella device of The Travelers Indemnity Company.

The Trademark Solco. Sollberger & Company y Diseño” (& umbrella device), was denied by the Judge.
