Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega advised Varela Hermanos, S.A. in the acquisition of the ongoing alcohol distillery and bottling operation of Interamericana de Licores, S.A., including all machinery, equipment, packaging, inventory and other assets involved in the business.

Separately, ARIFA also negotiated the share purchase agreement for the acquisition of Marcas Ilsa, S.A., the holder of all of the intellectual property rights which cover the products acquired.

ARIFA also handled the anti-trust queries for the transaction.
