Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to Refrescos Nacionales, S.A., a subsidiary of SAB Miller Plc in the spinoff of all of the assets relating to the milk and juice business of Refrescos Nacionales in Panama. This spinoff entailed the obtaining of new regulatory approvals (approximately 27) for operating a milk and juice plant in Panama, as well as registration of all intellectual property rights (approximately 73 trademarks).

ARIFA then acted as counsel to SAB Miller in the negotiation and sale of Productos Nevada SRL to Cooperativa de Leche Dos Pinos, as well as the obtaining of antitrust approval to complete the transaction.
