Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega successfully filed an opposition suit for Gabrielle Studio, Inc. (The Estee Lauder Companies Inc.), against Parfums El Magnate S.A. and its trademark application for the name "Delicious". 

ARIFA achieved a significant victory based upon the following arguments: 
a) Gabrielle Studios owns the trademarks  "Delicious" and "Be Delicious", which are visual, graphic and phonetically identical to Parfums' application Delicious; and that
b) Gabrielle's trademark registrations have prior rights of use and registrations.
