Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega represented Aerogroup International LLC in a nullity and cancellation action filed against the Panamanian registration of the trademark AEROSOLES, with more than ten (10) years of existence. 
The suit was based upon the prior rights of Aerogroup International LLC over its well-known trademark AEROSOLES, and upon the fact that the Panamanian corporation EDEL, S.A. registered such trademark in bad faith.  After proving our client’s allegations, the Court ruled in our favor on November 2, 2010.
