Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as Panamanian counsel to DVB Bank America N.V.  as lenders in the US$96 million financing to Palmali Group of Turkey. 

The proceeds from the financing were used to finance the purchase of two new buildings which were temporarily registered in Panama: ABSHERON and SHA DENIZ. The loan was secured by first mortgages on the two new buildings.
