Promissory purchase and sale contract for a new office building at Costa del Este

Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega prepared the model of the Promissory Purchase and Sale Contract for a modern office building which the company Plaza del Este, S.A., part of the Ricardo Perez group, has proposed to build on Centenario Ave., Costa del Este Blvd (Panama City). 

This project consists of two towers, to be constructed on a 5316m2 plot of land, and will be subject to the Horizontal Property Regime under the name P.H. Plaza del Este.

P.H. Plaza del Este will include around 193 commercial and office units, more than 900 parking spaces that will be for the private use of the owners and will include controlled access and security, 140 additional parking spaces reserved for visitors, luxurious lobbies, common spaces such as a central plaza, meeting rooms with flexible layouts, and an upper terrace and park for the use of the owners.  For the convenience of the users, this project will also be equipped with a total of twelve modern elevators, backup generators, reserve water tanks, fire alarms and an air-conditioning system with cooling towers.
