Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to leading car distributer Panameña de Motores, S.A. in connection with the registration of a US$20 million unsecured commercial paper program to be offered in the Panama Stock Exchange.

The commercial paper program was guaranteed by the creditor's general assets and corporate guarantees from its subsidiaries.
