Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to Empresas Hopsa, S.A. in connection with the sale of a majority interest in Mortero Seco Panama, S.A. a premixed dry mortar plant, to local and regional investors.

Located in Nuevo San Juan, in the province of Colón, Mortero Seco Panama is the first dry mortar plant to be build in Panama. It has the capacity to output 20 metric tons of mortar per hour.
