Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as Panamanian counsel to Scorpion Rigs Ltd., a subsidiary of Scorpion Offshore Ltd., in connection with a US$40 million credit facility extended by 21st Century Group Holdings Limited. 

The obligations of Scorpion Rigs Ltd. were secured by mortgages on the rig Offshore Mischief, which was under construction at the time.
