Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as Panamanian counsel to Apollo Management L.P. in its acquisition of the operations of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.  The acquisition was carried out through Prestige Cruise Holdings, Inc., an Apollo subsidiary, under which the operations of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises were placed. 

ARIFA has also assisted Apollo in 2007 in its acquisition of Oceania Cruises.
