Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega  acted as counsel to Elandia International Inc., an information and communications technology service company, in the acquisition of CTT Center of Technology, a pioneer in providing talent development and technical certifications for industry leaders, including Cisco, Microsoft and Google, throughout Latin America for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition will create largest regionally integrated provider of IT training in Latin America.
