Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as Panamanian counsel to Goldman Sachs Credit Partners L.P. in connection with the US$70 million senior secured financing to Apexindo Offshore PTE. Ltd., as borrower. PT Apexindo Pratama Duta TBK of Indonesia, an affiliate of the borrower, acted as guarantor.  The loan was secured by a first naval mortgage on the Panamanian registered rig Soehanah.
