Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to Cal Dive International, Inc. in connection with the US$800 million credit facilities extended by a group of banks led by Bank of America, N.A.  The obligations of Cal Dive International, Inc. under the credit facilities are secured by a first naval mortgage on the Panamanian vessel American Constitution.
