Class action lawsuit filed by fuel consumers in Panama against Esso Standard Oil, The Texaco Company of Panama, Petrolera Nacional, S.A. and others for alleged absolute and relative monopolistic practices.

The judge, after hearing a motion to dismiss filed by defendants, ruled to dismiss the class action.

The trial court judgment was appealed by the plaintiff and a final judgment is pending.
