Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega defended Chevron in a public suit filed by the Attorney General, José A. Sossa, denouncing that the Panamanian Government suffered damages for US$120 million as a consequence of the alleged breach of a fuel supply contract. 
                                                                                                                     
The suit is at the Supreme Court of Justice pending resolution of an appeal filed by the Attorney General, Mr. Sossa, against the decision of the trial court judge and the appellate court to deny the complaint.
