Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to Credit Suisse Securities (USA), LLC, as arranger, in connection with the issuance by AES Panama, S.A. of US$300 million  6.35% senior notes due 2016.

The notes were simultaneously placed on the Panama Stock Exchange and the international markets.
