Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to Irish online recruiter Saon Group in the acquisition of Central America online recruiter company Tecoloco International, Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Saon Group has operations in 16 countries through 45 companies.

This acquisition will enable Saon Group, who has experience in the “dot com” recruiting market, to establish operations in Central America.
