Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to Commercial Center Developers Inc., a joint venture formed by Grupo Real (El Salvador), Grupo Motta (Panama), Banco General (Panama), Grupo Hafeitz and Grupo Harari to develop and operate Multiplaza Pacific, the largest high-end shopping mall in Central America and Panama.

The firm negotiated the terms and conditions of the joint venture and shareholders agreements as well as the various management agreements with Grupo Poma, the developer.
