US$1 billion BLADEX financing for the Republic of Panama

Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega advised BLADEX Inc. on a record US$1 billion bilateral credit facility granted to the Republic of Panama, the largest single loan ever structured by the regional trade bank. The financing will support Panama’s general budgetary needs.
