Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega represented Hotel La Compañía Group (HLC) in a landmark hospitality transaction involving the acquisition of Hotel Los Mandarinos and La Casa de Lourdes in El Valle de Antón, Republic of Panama. This transaction marks our team’s second collaboration with HLC on a major hospitality project in Panama, following the successful launch of Hotel La Compañía in Casco Antiguo in 2021. This one-of-a-kind project revitalized and supported the economic growth of Casco Viejo, a historic district in Panama City.
