Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega has advised the Initial Purchaser in connection with an international secured bond offering of US$ 262,664,000 by UEP Penonomé II S.A., a Panamanian electricity generation company that forms part of the InterEnergy Group, guaranteed by certain Panamanian affiliates of the Issuer. The bonds were registered in Panama and publicly offered through the Panamanian Stock Exchange.
