Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega has advised Peruvian company SPV | Mining Infrastructure  Inc. re-domiciling to Panama in a landmark case for Peru. This is the first time that a Peruvian company has migrated outside of the jurisdiction.

ARIFA advised the company in the process of moving its corporate registration from Peru to Panama.

While Peruvian law already permitted foreign companies to be registered in the country, there was until now no clear path for a Peruvian company to exit the country and redomicile in another jurisdiction.
