Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as local counsel to Wells Fargo Trust Company, National Association (f/k/a Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, National Association) as owner trustee, and Eos Aviation 3 (Ireland) Limited as purchaser, in the sale and transfer of one Boeing 737-8V3 aircraft operated by Copa Airlines, the largest airline in Panama and one of the most important in Latin America. 

ARIFA assisted with the transfer aspects of the aircraft, as well as with the assignment and restructuring of the aircraft operating lease with Copa Airlines.  

ARIFA participated in the negotiation process of the sale structure and lease restructure, as well as the drafting of all local documents. 

ARIFA was also in charge of the perfection process of the transaction documentation and the filings / registrations with the Civil Aviation Authority and Public Registry Office.
