Second amendment to a US$500 million credit agreement between Credit Suisse and J. Ray McDermott
Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as special Panamanian counsel to Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC in connection with a second amendment to the Credit Agreement dated June 6, 2006, with J. Ray McDermott, S.A., as borrower.
We assisted the lenders in amending the mortgages granted in June 2006 on a group of seven vessels to reflect the second amendment to the Credit Agreement.
ARIFA also worked in the original financing and granting of the security interest in June 2006.
