Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as Panamanian counsel to Scorpion Drilling Ltd., Houston, Texas in connection with the delivery and registration under Panamanian flag of the rigs "Offshore Courageous" and "Offshore Defender", the first two of a group of 5 rigs to be eventually acquired by Scorpion. 

We also advised Scorpion Drilling and the lenders in connection with the granting of first and second mortgages on two rigs to secure the senior and subordinated credit facilities extended to Scorpion Drilling.
