Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Standard Chartered Bank, as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners, in an unsecured syndicated loan of 12 international financial institutions, in favor of Multibank Inc., for an amount of US$138 million and a term of three years.
