Secured by first naval mortgages over the vessels of Panamanian registry “Mcdermott Derrick Barge No. 50”, “Mcdermott Derrick Barge No. 32”, “Mcdermott Derrick Barge No. 27”, “Intermac 650” and “DLV 2000”; and shares pledges over a number of subsidiaries of McDermott International Inc., which are Panamanian companies.
