Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega assisted Seabird Exploration PLC and Seabird Exploration Finance Limited, in connection with the refinance of certain bond agreement and facility agreement, with Nordic Trustee ASA as bond trustee and as security agent, which are secured by, among other security, first naval mortgages over the vessel of Panamanian registry “Aquila Explorer” and “Harrier Explorer”, as well as several other security granted by the Panamanian companies Aquila Explorer Inc., and Osprey Navigation Company Inc.

The transaction involved a considerable amount of Panamanian collaterals, corporate and maritime components.
