Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega assisted DVB Bank America, N.V., ABN AMRO Bank and NIBC Bank, in connection with a finance and security restructuring of several loans, as well as corporate reorganization, of the Ultrapetrol offshore group, which included:

1. the finance restructure of several offshore loans,
2. the security restructure of, inter alia, mortgages over a large number of Panamanian vessels (10) and of certain pledges over shares in a large number of Panamanian companies (16), and
3. the corporate reorganization of the Panamanian subsidiaries of the group.
