Opposition to the transit of seized products with the Pandora trademark
Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega's IP team filed an opposition to the transit of seized products with the Pandora trademark which were detained in a section of the Tocumen International Airport to a courier company, for the suspicion of being counterfeit.
The firm prepared and filed the corresponding request of Pandora as an affected third party with the intention to demonstrate that the Industrial Property Rights of Pandora has been affected.
The Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Crimes against Intellectual Property, admitted Pandora A/S as an intervener in the investigations carried out by said office for the crime against industrial property rights.
ARIFA's IP team requested the destruction of counterfeit watches with the trademark “Pandora”. The District Attorney’s Office confirmed the destruction of the detained goods.
