Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to Banco Latinoamericano de Exportaciones in a US$75 million syndicated loan from the China Development Bank.

In this capacity, the firm advised the borrower on all issues of Panamanian law and in the negotiation and execution of the loan agreement and all related documentation.
