Arias Fábrega & Fábrega advised Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex), as arranger and bookrunner in an unsecured syndicated loan of 15 financial institutions from Central America and the Caribbean, South America, China, Europe and the United States, in favor of Banco Aliado, SA, for an amount of US145 million and a term of three years.

The proceeds from the loan will be used to support the growth of the loan portfolio of the Panamanian financial institution that, with 24 years of operations, is considered the fourth largest in the country.
