Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as Panama counsel to Redwood Capital (Chile) in a US$11 million secured loan agreement to Logytech Mobile Panama, S.A.,Cellstar Chile S.A., Logytech Mobile S.A.S., and Dinatech Mobile S.A.S.

ARIFA's legal team prepared the Panamanian security package, including, among others, pledge agreements over the shares of four (4) Panamanian companies, several promissory notes. ARIFA also coordinated the preparation and execution of the security documents with counsels from several other jurisdictions including Colombia, Chile and Ecuador.
