Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to PEI Panama Services LLC, a subsidiary of Ashmore Energy International (formerly known as Prisma Energy International Inc.) in connection with the sale of its 51% equity interest in Bahía Las Minas Corp. to Suez Energy International Luxembourg, S. A.
Bahía Las Minas is the largest thermal generation plant in Panama and is partially owned by the Government of Panama.
