Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega successfully represented A&E Television Networks LLC and its exclusive rights over the History Channel trademark, in a trademark infringement case against restaurant History Bistro.

The infringer restaurant operated in the Panama City area with a confusingly similar name and "H letter" logo, without the authorization of the trademark owner or any licensees.

ARIFA IP legal team proceeded with a cease and desist letter to refrain the infringer restaurant. The owners decided on closing the restaurant avoiding further legal penalties.
