Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega intellectual property team obtained the registration for the innovative computer software called "sistema precalificador en línea" in the name of Banco La Hipotecaria, S.A., before the Panamanian Copyright Office.

Given the complexity of the technology involved, ARIFA IP team worked closely with the Panamanian Copyright Office providing the necessary information for it to validate and determine that the software was completely distinctive from any previous Copyright Registrations.
