Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as special Panamanian counsel to Amcor Limited, in the acquisition process of the Panamanian incorporated company Dolewich Investments S.A., a holding company with packaging operations in Peru and Colombia, from Nexus Capital Partners III S.A.C.

As counsel to Amcor Limited, ARIFA conducted a complete due diligence process of Dolewich Investments S.A. and its Panamanian subsidiaries.

ARIFA also participated in the closing process and assisted in taking care of the post-closing matters related to Dolewich Investments S.A. and its Panamanian subsidiaries.
