Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega successfully represented Laboratorios Liomont S.A. de C.V. in the opposition suit against our client’s trademark application “Lodestar” 228792-01, arguing and providing evidence to sustain that the trademark application “Lodestar” is completely different to the trademark “DESLOTAR” of the plaintiff Genfar, S.A.

By means of the Sentence No.56, of June 30 , 2015, the Panamanian Judicial Court resolved in favour of our clients, allowing the registration of the trademark application “Lodestar” No.228792-0,  in Class 05, in the name of Laboratorios Liomont S.A. de C.V.
