Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega successfully represented Crown Japan Corporation in the process of Nullity and Cancellation Actions against the Certificate or Registration of the trademark “Crown and design” No.171594-01, based on the previous existence of the trademarks "Crown and design” and “Crown”.

By means of the Sentence No.73, of August 10, 2015, the Panamanian Judicial Court resolved in favour of our clients, ordering the annulment of the registration and the cancellation of the Certificate of Registration of the trademark “Crown and design”, No.171594-01, in Class 11, in the name of the Panamanian citizen Yong Tao Lin Kuang.
