Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to American Tower Corporation in the acquisition by Phoenix Tower International of its Panamanian business, which consists of approximately 60 telecommunications sites. The sites represent a mix of towers in urban and suburban locations across the country occupied by all of the major Panamanian wireless carriers.

Financial terms of the transaction remain confidential between the parties.

ARIFA also represented Banco General, in the US$32 million syndicated loan for Phoenix Tower International in Costa Rica and Panama (May, 2015).
